Payment

Bankers Card, all major Credit/Debit Cards (Visa, Master card etc.), paypal and Bank Transfer through paypal (PayPal enables you to pay online without sharing your financial information during the transaction.) are all acceptable methods of payment. All goods have to be payed in full during the payment step of ordering, no credit or payment in several time are accepted.

Our payment partners are among the most powerful on the market and have the banking licenses and Visa / Mastercard in your country of residence. Shipments

Packages are generally dispatched within 1-2 days after receipt of payment and are shipped via letter. The order is shipped inside a tear-proof padded envelope. If you prefer delivery letter with required signature, an additional cost will be applied, so please contact us before choosing this method.

Shipping fees include handling, packing fees as well as postage costs. Transport fees vary according to total weight of the shipment and the delivery address. We advise you to group your items in one order. We cannot group two distinct orders placed separately, and shipping fees will apply to each of them. Your package will be dispatched at your own risk, but special care is taken to protect fragile objects.
Delay in Delivery

In case of late delivery within eight working days after the shipping date indicated in the email confirmation of dispatch of your order, please contact our Customer Service. We invite you to you, however, first be sent to your local post office or withdrawal.

A survey will be opened by the carrier at our request to locate your package. This investigation may take up to 21 working days from the date of opening. If during this period, the parcel is found, it will be forwarded as soon as possible to your home (except for deliveries to the point of withdrawal). Otherwise, the package will be lost.

Any delay in delivery must be reported within 21 business days after shipment to enable the carrier to conduct a reliable survey.

If the survey reaches to a loss issue, we will send you a replacement (at our expense return) or we will reimburse the latter on demand. If the ordered products were to become unavailable, you can get a refund for the products concerned by the declaration of confirmed loss of the carrier.

It is recalled that no refund or return of the product can be made before the close of the investigation.
Delivery errors

In the event that you do receive a delivery is not intended, please refuse the package. In case you would have accepted, you are requested to keep the package as is and immediately inform our customer service.

We remind you that in accordance with Article 1376 of the Civil Code, if you receive an order that you are not destiny, then you are obliged to make. Otherwise, we will charge you the product you received.
Cancellation Policy

Only goods which are in initial condition, all part inside the original box, without being worn or washed can be return. Availability

Unless otherwise stated, the goods present in sexylespetites.com are sold within Europe. If, for any reason, an item is temporarily unavailable, we will hold your order until we have new stock and advise you of the position. If, for any reason, an item becomes permanently unavailable, we will notify you of this fact immediately. The prices are in Euro and include the V.A.T.
