Your access to and/or use of this web site is governed by the following Terms and Conditions. By using this website, you expressly agree to comply with and be bound by the following Terms and Conditions, which we may change, from time to time, at our discretion. We will promptly post any such changes on this website.

Except as expressly indicated herein and/or on the website, this web site, and all content contained herein ("Content") is the intellectual property (including but not limited to copyrights, trademarks, and/or trade dress) of Between the slp.. The terms Between the Slp logo, and all other marks displayed on this site (the "Trademarks") are registered and/or common law trademarks of slp and/or various third parties. Nothing contained on this site shall be interpreted to grant any right whatsoever to use any Content and/or Trademark without the prior written permission of slp or the third party that may own the Trademark(s).

Acceptable Uses
slp authorizes you to view, downloaded Content subject to the following express conditions: (i) you may only do so for your own personal non-commercial use; (ii) you may not modify the Content in any manner; (iii) you may not remove or modify any copyright, trademark, or other proprietary notices that have been placed in the Content; (iv) you may not reproduce, prepare derivative works from, distribute or display Content, except as provided herein. Product Descriptions
SLP attempts to be as accurate as possible. However, SLP does not warrant that product descriptions or other content of this site is accurate, complete, reliable, current, or error-free. If a product offered by BTS itself is not as described, your sole remedy is to return it in unused condition.

Typographical Errors
In the event a product is listed at an incorrect price due to typographical error or error in pricing information, Between the Sheets reserves the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for product listed at the incorrect price whether or not the order has been confirmed and your credit card charged. If your credit card has already been charged for the purchase and your order is canceled, Between the Sheets will immediately issue a credit to your credit card account in the amount of the incorrect price

Order Acceptance Policy
Your submission of an order through sexylespetites.com, and/or your receipt of an electronic or other form of order confirmation does not signify our acceptance of your order, nor does it constitute confirmation of our offer to sell. Between the Sheets reserves the right at any time after receipt of your order to accept or decline your order for any reason or to supply less than the quantity you ordered of any item.

Accepted forms of payment
We accept the following forms of payment. Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express credit and debit cards. Please be sure to provide your exact billing address and telephone number (i.e. the address and phone number your credit card bank has on file for you). Incorrect information will cause a delay in processing your order. Your credit card will be billed upon shipment of your order.

Shipping information and Policies
Shipping Time -- Most orders are processed and shipped within 7days. Orders are not processed or shipped on Saturday or Sunday. We cannot guarantee when an order will arrive. Orders are shipped via SKYNET and any shipping or transit time offered to you is only an estimate. Shipping carrier and method can be selected in the shopping cart. We encourage you to order in a timely fashion to avoid delays caused by shipping or product availability.

Between the Sheets provides FREE SHIPPING via UPS Ground to the Continental US for all orders over €85.00.

Additional Delivery Information:
- Shipping fees are not refundable.
- In stock items usually arrive within 5-10 business days, or fewer if we are shipping to the EU AREA. This timeframe does not include weekends or holidays.
- Orders are processed Monday through Friday. Saturday delivery service is not available.

- Between the Sheets ships internationally. See list of Countries we ship to in the shopping cart.
- We ship only to street addresses, not to PO Boxes or APO/FPO.

Return Policy
Due to health regulations all sales on underwear, this includes boy shorts, thongs, bikinis, etc., ARE FINAL and CANNOT be returned or exchanged.

On items other than underwear, if for any reason you do not want to keep an item you have purchased, you may return any unused, unopened, undamaged item within 14 days of receiving your order for a refund of the item's purchase price.

Only merchandise that is returned in its original or sellable condition will be credited to your account. Please contact our Customer Service department at 0044 2081 332020 or [email protected] for a Return Merchandise Authorization number (RMA#) and further information regarding merchandise returns. Any items returned without proper authorization and/or after 14 days will be refused!

Defective or damaged items:
If any of the items from your order are missing, broken, or damaged when your package arrives, please contact a customer service representative for assistance within 2 business days of delivery by calling 44 2081 332020 or by sending an email containing your name, order number and a description of the problem to [email protected]

Refunds:
Please allow up to two billing cycles for your credit card statement to show the refund. The refund can only be issued to the card that was used to purchase. If you are not the original purchaser, please consider exchanging the items you received, instead of returning.

Tax
By law Between the Sheets collects sales tax on all orders shipped to New York State addresses, regardless of billing address. For orders shipped to other states, you are solely responsible for all sales, use or other taxes. For international orders all VAT, duties, taxes, or other fees are the responsibility of the purchaser.

Privacy Policy
We keep your personal information private and secure. When you make a purchase from our site, you provide your name, email address, credit card information, address, phone number, and a password. We use this information to process your orders, to keep you updated on your orders and to personalize your shopping experience. Our servers do not save your credit card information following order processing.
Our secure servers protect your information using Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) technology to protect the security of your online order information.

We use "cookies" to keep track of your current shopping session to personalize your experience and so that you may retrieve your shopping cart at any time and for implementing our Affiliate sales and marketing program. The SLP Affiliate program is hosted by SLP servers and no tracking data is shared with any third parties. SLP does not share personally identifiable information with Affiliates who participate in our program. Non-identifiable information such as order amount and order date and time are shared for purposes of calculating Affiliate commissions only.  All Affiliates are bound by the SLP Privacy Policy.

Signing up for our e-mail list allows you to receive news and promotional materials from Between the Sheets. Each e-mail you receive will give you the option to unsubscribe. We do not share our e-mail list with any third parties.

Privacy on Other Websites
Other sites accessible through our site have their own privacy policies and data collection practices. Please consult each site's privacy policy. Our Store is not responsible for the actions of third parties.


Modifications
SLP may change, add, or delete these Terms and Conditions of Use or any portion thereof from time to time in its sole discretion. SLP will provide you with reasonable notice of any changes by posting them on the SLP web site(s). Thereafter, you expressly agree to be bound by any such amended Terms and Conditions of Use. SLP may change, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of the SLP web site at any time, including availability of any feature, database, or content. SLP may also impose limits on certain features and services or restrict your access to all or parts of the SLP web site without notice or liability.

Severability
If any provision of this Agreement is unlawful, void or unenforceable, the remaining provisions of the Agreement will remain in place.
